Oh Oktoberfest! Pretty much everything you'd expect from Bavarian/German stereotypes. Lederhosen, Beer, Wurst and Bretzels. It kind of reminded me of Pleasure Island from the movie Pinocchio, except you dont turn into donkeys at the end (unless you're really drunk then you might turn into an ass).
These pictures are of the second time I stepped into Oktoberfest and this time I went with my host parents Thomas and Astrid, so things were a little, just a little, less crazy. We were there for about 5 hours but it felt like 5 minutes, not only did I get to eat some amazing food, play some traditional German games, watch people make fools of themselves and obviously make a fool out of myself :P But I also am proud to say that I drank not 1 but 2 glasses of 1 liter beer! Which may not seem like a big accomplishment to most Germans, but for me it was a proud, proud day. I'm sure my mother thinks so too.
Anyways here are some pictures of what was going on at Oktoberfest, I could post about a million more because there is always a lot going on at Oktoberfest. But I will keep it short at sweet for now.
Servus!

Just some traditional Bavarian pants, or part of a C-3PO costume. Who knows? all I can say is, DAT @$$! haha
Everything is a little blurry at Oktoberfest, even without a bier.
Real German Woman, not really. Just some crazy Englishmen in a Dirndl
